Powder Coating

CFC Powder Coating houses a 20’ long x 8’ tall x 8’ wide natural gas batch oven. This allows us to powder coat over-sized parts such as car chassis’, boat T-tops, and 18’ long x 7’ tall steel fencing. This also allows us to powder coat larger quantities of smaller parts, which equals a more efficient coating operation and lower costs to our customers.

We have a large array of powder coating colors, textures and compositions to cater to our customers’ needs. Different powder coating compositions allow our customers to choose finishes which will be more chemical resistant, for laboratory environments; weather resistant and UV resistant, for outdoor environments; and corrosion resistant for outdoor applications within coastal environments.

CFC powder coating has hundreds of pre-manufactured color choices available from our suppliers. These colors include solid tones, transparent colors, light and heavy textures and even powders with metal flake to add that extra sparkle and shine to your products. If there is a specific color desired, which is not available from their charts, they are able to match any color and gloss level required.
